These Standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (“CSAE”) explain how Petar Nikolushev, an independent sole trader (freelancer) registered in Bulgaria under BULSTAT/UIC No. 181061688 (“MyOrbio”, “we”, “us”, “our”), prohibits and acts against the sexual abuse and exploitation of children on the MyOrbio mobile and web application and related services (the “Service”). They apply worldwide to everyone who uses the Service.
1. Our zero-tolerance commitment
MyOrbio has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation and for child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”). We prohibit any content, conduct, or use of the Service that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms children. This applies to every user, without exception, and regardless of a user's age or location.
2. What is prohibited
The following are strictly forbidden on the Service, and constitute a serious breach of our Terms of Use:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM or any sexualised depiction of a minor (real, illustrated, or computer-generated).
- Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to sexualise, solicit, or arrange contact with a minor.
- Using the Service to identify, contact, or facilitate the abuse or trafficking of a child.
- Sharing sexual content with a minor, or requesting sexual content, images, or contact from a minor.
- Any other content or behaviour that endangers a child's safety or wellbeing.
3. Minimum age and prevention
The Service is intended only for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 16 to create an account or use the Service, as set out in our Privacy Policy. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we remove it and delete the associated personal data without undue delay.
MyOrbio is a presence-first app built around a small, chosen circle of mutual connections rather than open discovery or public feeds. This design deliberately limits the ability of strangers to contact people they do not already know. We keep our safety measures under review and improve them as the Service grows.
4. How to report a child-safety concern
Anyone can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, or any concern about a child's safety to us. We treat these reports as our highest priority.
- In the app: open Settings → Contact Support and use the email option to write to us.
- By email: contact support@myorbio.app at any time. Please include “Child safety” in the subject line so we can prioritise it.
- On the web: use our contact form.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. You can also report directly to the authorities listed in Section 6, whether or not you report to us.
5. How we respond
When we receive a report, or otherwise become aware of potential CSAE or CSAM, we:
- Review it promptly and prioritise child-safety reports above all other matters.
- Remove violating content from the Service as quickly as possible.
- Act against offenders — including immediately suspending or permanently banning the accounts involved and blocking attempts to return.
- Preserve evidence (such as content, account details, and relevant logs) as needed to support reporting to, and investigation by, the competent authorities.
- Report to authorities as described below.
6. Legal compliance and reporting to authorities
We comply with applicable child-safety laws in the regions where the Service is offered, and we cooperate with law enforcement. Where we identify apparent CSAM or credible threats of child sexual abuse, we report to the relevant regional and national authorities and preserve the associated evidence. Reporting channels we rely on include:
- United States: the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org).
- Bulgaria (our home jurisdiction): the Cybercrime Directorate of the General Directorate Combating Organized Crime (GDBOP), the State Agency for Child Protection, and the national Safenet hotline (web112.net / safenet.bg).
- European Union and elsewhere: national law-enforcement bodies and INHOPE-member hotlines in the user's country.
We report regardless of where the user is located, to the extent permitted and required by law.
